Hello, Robots! is a nerdy blog for huge nerds like YOU! Here, you can find news, previews, reviews, and features about all sorts of nerdy subjects, like science fiction and fantasy, cartoons and comics, and board games and video games.
Hello, Robots! was founded by three nerds who shared a flat during their final year at university. The flat was decorated with Star Trek models, Pokémon plushies, and hundreds of comics and DVDs. Afraid they would miss their arguments about which comic book character would win in a fight, or their late night discussions about Gravity Falls, they founded Hello, Robots! to continue sharing their opinions after parting ways.
About the Authors
This person here is Aino Neuvonen. She is nice*. At university she's studied advertising and specialised in copywriting, all this because she's pretty a creative person - yet would like to have a steady income one day. Aino's weird name (pronounced a little bit like 'I know') already suggests a foreign background, and indeed she's from all the way up from Finland.
Aino's biggest geeky interest is Pokémon, hands down - something that she's blogged about for over 5 years in her Finnish Pokémon blog. Her favourite pokémon is Mamoswine, by the way. In addition to all things Pokémon, you can definitely expect her to write about Studio Ghibli, Doctor Who, cartoons and video games. In Dungeons & Dragons Aino enjoys playing with halfling rangers with unusual minds and master hiding skills.

Matt Davies is an evolutionary and behavioural ecologist with a bachelor of science in evolutionary biology from the University of Exeter. Pursuing a career in science communication, Matt founded The Natural Selection podcast whilst at university.
Matt Davies is also a huge geek and a massive nerd with a level 20 half-elf ranger in Dungeons & Dragons and an extensive comic book collection. Pursuing a means of avoiding studying, Matt joined and eventually ran the campus tabletop gaming society whilst at university. Other geeky interests include Marvel continuity, comic book criticism, and game design. You can find Matt’s features and reviews on such subjects here at Hello, Robots!

Stevie Bennett was born in the past and is still not dead. He has a degree in creative writing from Falmouth University and wonders if he will ever get a real job.
During his time at Falmouth University, he founded the science fiction club, which more or less consisted of watching movies every week and then going to the pub. He maintains that this is the best way of doing things. In his spare time, between not writing and not working, he watches far too many cartoons and pretends he can play guitar. His favourite D&D character to date is a Dragonborn Wizard who wants to start and ice-cream shop.
You can follow Stevie on Twitter and check out his (quite sparse) portfolio site!
